been neither read not seen so far.

s/not/nor/

P.S., the bottom of the page ends with
The following are the examples of valid message lists:

But then there are no examples. Something got truncated.

Perhaps add an example of
$ mail.mailutils --headers '{some way to say only show me the headers
from DATE1 to DATE2; where the DATEs refer to the Date: header. And say
how to make it refer also to the Delivery-date header.}'

There's also an extra "not". It could say, "Select all recent messages,
i.e. the messages that have been neither read nor seen." Or,
"...messages that have not yet been read or seen."
