[bug-mailutils] --content-type text/html from stdin?

Hello,

When I do this:

mail --content-type=text/html ***@localhost < public_html/index.html

I still get text/plain in the email.

$ mail --help | grep -- --content-type

--content-type=TYPE set content type for subsequent --attach
options

There's no --attach option, therefore --content-type has no effect.
