[bug-mailutils] movemail: downloads again messages that are available

The movemail, if canceled, downloads again the same messages. It makes
no sense.

I am hoping to get a workable IMAP synchronizer in mailutils.

Please use the --uidl option. From `movemail --help':

-u, --uidl use UIDLs to avoid downloading the same
message twice
