[bug-mailutils] error in documentation, mailutils help send

gives 2 times "mailutils" in output:

Usage: mailutils mailutils send [OPTION...] URL-or-HOST [FILE]
send a message

-F, --from=ADDRESS send mail from this ADDRESS
-T, --rcpt=ADDRESS send mail to this ADDRESS
-t, --read-recipients read recipients from the message

-?, --help give this help list
--usage give a short usage message

Mandatory or optional arguments to long options are also mandatory or optional
for any corresponding short options.
