[bug-mailutils] 2 fixes: mh-redistribute w/ identities, and mu-mh composition

Hi Mike,

Thanks a lot for looking into that.

The second patch fixes mail composition to work with Mailutils-MH
(SF#485). I plan to ask Eli for permission to put this into 26.2.

I would highly appreciate if this patch (which I posted almost 2 years
ago[1]) would finally make it in the distribution.

PS. mh-redistribute does not work with Mailutils-MH, with or without the
first patch. mu-mh does not provide a "dist" command, and it looks like
the mu-mh "send" program does not support the undocumented environment
variable magic that mh-redistribute depends on. Not sure what to do
about that.

Just report it to <bug-***@gnu.org>, of course :) I'll see what
can be done.
